Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment please inform us at least 48 working hours in advance so we can re-allocate the time.
There may be a charge for appointments broken without adequate notice and the decision is at the dentist’s discretion. This allows us to run efficiently and keep our fees at a reasonable level for you.
Our policy is to charge half the hourly rate for the length of the appointment missed.
